Goals and Success Go Hand in Hand
Here’s how to set them…
SMART ( specific, measurable, agreed, realistic, time-bound) goal setting concept
First we need to be SMART:
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Time Sensitive
1. Set Specific Goals: Be clear about what you want to achieve. Goals should be defined and detailed.
2. Set Measurable Goals: Attach a number, a frequency, or any kind of statistic to your goal. This will help you track your progress and know when you’ve achieved your goal.
3. Set Achievable Goals: It’s important to set goals that are within your means, and realistic to accomplish. Impossible goals can be demotivating and set you up for failure.
4. Set Relevant Goals: Your goals should align with your larger life plan and long-term ambitions.
5. Set Time-Bound Goals: Goals with deadlines or timeframes help instill a sense of urgency and encourage proactivity.

- Regularly review your goals. This allows you to track your progress, adjust as necessary, and stay motivated towards achieving your goal. Freely discuss your progress with others. You never know when someone else’s experience could be helpful.
- Keep your motivation levels high by focusing on the benefits of achieving the goal. Stay positive, even when faced with obstacles.By regularly reviewing, you can anticipate the potential obstacles and be prepared for any necessary adjustments you may need to make.
